The main symbol of the Industrial Revolution, a powerful and beautiful locomotive is a historical benchmark commencing the time of global technological and economic transformation of society. Ugears Express is prepared to take you on a journey to this exciting age of inventions and innovations.

The minutely detailed futuristic design of the V-Express reveals the beauty of moving details: gears and a flywheel, the work of cylinder-piston arrangement – almost an exact miniature copy of one of the main mechanical blocs of a real locomotive.

One full winding will give your V-Express energy enough to cover a distance of up to four meters (13 feet). You can change the direction of movement by switching a small lever on the side of the models’ body. The locomotive has three settings: forward, back and idle. When the mechanism of the model is working in idle, you can safely observe the work of the moving elements without having to worry that your train will race off into the blue. If you want to test another exciting option of your new model – switch it into the “Back” setting. The V-Express will roll back and automatically hook up with its tender.

The Tender of the V-Express Steam Train is worth mentioning as a separate point. The coal car with lifting sides has a hatch that you can lock with a tiny latch. Of course, driven by a rubber-band motor, the locomotive needs no coal, which leaves plenty of room in the tender for some small cargo you might want to deliver: sweets, knickknacks and messages. The Ugears V-Express Steam Train with Tender model kit is made of sustainably sourced high grade wood and has everything you might need for assembly. The quality of the parts is top-notch: a laser method is used for cutting items from a plywood board that provides precise hairline cuts. The details have to be pulled out of the boards and assembled to create a complete model. Like all other Ugears models, the Steam Train comes with step-by-step, full-color, truly easy to follow instructions in 11 languages (English, German, Ukrainian, French, Polish, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Italian, Chinese and Korean) and requires neither glue nor special tools to be fully assembled into functional self-propelled Train with Tender.

Stock / Delivery Time

Each product indicates whether it is in stock. If you are planning to visit the store to purchase a specific item, and it shows that we only have a few items in stock, we recommend that you place an order in our webshop and choose the delivery option "Pick up in store". We will then reserve the products for you and send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Packages are normally shipped with DB Schenker and delivered to a collection point. If, for logistical reasons, the shipment cannot be sent to a collection point, we will contact you to find a suitable delivery method.

You can order as much as you like – the shipping cost is only SEK 79 per order! For very bulky products, actual shipping costs may apply. We will always contact you if the shipping cost exceeds SEK 79.

Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase an item by mail order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. Once you have returned the item, we will refund the amount you paid for it. If you paid by card, it may take a few banking days for the money to appear in your account. Return shipping is paid by you, and the item must be sent to our address, not to a collection point.
As a buyer, you have the right to carefully inspect the item, but it must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. You may not use or test the item.

• The item must not be used or tested.
• The return form below must be completed and included together with the receipt/invoice.
• If the item contains multiple packages with accessories/parts, these must not be opened.

Uncollected Shipments

For packages that cannot be delivered or are not collected from the specified collection point, we will charge a fee of at least SEK 250. If our actual costs are higher, those costs will be charged.
